Fellowcraft Program

The Fellowcraft program is intended for 2nd time operators. Together we will acquire and operate an SMB. You will lead the business with our support.

Role

• You will operate an SMB that janeiro acquires as an owner/operator.

• You will engage in conversations with industry experts, stakeholders, and potential customers to gain expert-level insights into the business over the first 90 days .

• You will build a belief based brand.

• You will set vision & strategy.

Qualifications

• You are experienced in using lean startup, human centered design and/or agile methodologies to test and build new capabilities, products, and services in the market.

• You have very strong analytical skills.

• You are a talent magnet. You know how to attract top tier talent, manage complex teams and build strong team dynamics.

• You are coachable. You know when and how to ask for help, you are a life learner, a great listener, and are always asking good questions.

• You are transparent. You have no problem sharing the good, bad, and ugly with us. You do not hide bad data or any potentially negative information.

• You are accountable. You own up to and admit to your mistakes. You show up with your full-self every day. Your team can count on you. You know when to say no, but you also commit to your deadlines.
